• the yarn: its maker and line, as StitchWing shows it
• the shade name or number, what’s wrong, and what it should be
• where you saw the right details, if you can: a link to the maker’s color list, or a photo of the ball band

To protect your account, we’ll reply to the email address on your StitchWing account to confirm it’s you before we act.
