We reply with a quote
We review your request and reply to your work email. We confirm the computers, term and paperwork with you.
Your office sends the paperwork
If you use a purchase order, send it with the quote reference. We arrange an invoice with your business office.
Your computers are ready.
Once your order is confirmed, we set up your school's StitchWing account. A teacher signs in on each school computer, and every one has the full version for the school year.
Questions before you request
Can we use a purchase order?
Yes. Request a quote first, then send your purchase order with the quote reference. Tell us about any vendor forms your office needs.
How do invoices work?
We arrange the invoice with your business office and include your purchase order reference where needed. We confirm payment instructions and the due date with you.
Our school is tax-exempt. What should we do?
Choose Yes for tax-exempt in your request. We will tell you which certificate or other paperwork is needed before the invoice is prepared.
How do seats work?
A seat covers a school computer under a staff-held account. Give us an approximate number in your request; we confirm the agreed computers on your quote. Student accounts are not offered at this time.
Does the licence renew automatically?
No. School licences are yearly and do not renew automatically. Contact us about your next term so we can arrange a renewal quote.
Can we arrange a multi-year term?
Yes. Mention a multi-year term in your notes and we will discuss it in your quote.
Do students need to create accounts?
No. School licences are held by staff. There are no student accounts at this time. Do not send student names, email addresses or other student information in your request.
Which computers can we use?
Windows and Mac only. Chromebooks are not supported. iPad is not part of school licences yet; ask us if your school needs it.
