Nursery Bundle

Four nursery patterns that go together: the Pennant Name Banner, the Little Moon Birth Announcement Hanging, the Nursery Pillow Covers and the Baby Mobile: Shapes & Letters. Spell a name on pennant flags, letter a keepsake panel with your baby's name, birth date, weight and length, crochet a moon-and-stars pillow cover, and make a set of soft hanging shapes.

Every pattern comes with its own editable StitchWing chart file and a printable PDF with a written row for every row, worked in single crochet, with its own gauge, materials list and safety notes. Sizes: banner flags in Small, Classic or Large; birth announcement hanging at 18 x 18 in; pillow covers for a 12 in or 14 in form; mobile shapes in Standard or Small.

Buying the bundle costs less than buying the four separately. If you already own some of them, you pay only for the rest, and you are never charged twice for a pattern you own. Later sizes and corrections are included.

Important Safety Notes#

Each pattern has its own Important Safety Notes in its own listing and in its pattern. Read each one before you start. The main points:

Decor only: The banner, the birth announcement hanging and the pillow cover are for decoration. Do not put any of them in a crib, bed, play yard or car seat, and do not give them to a baby or child to play with.

Hanging pieces: Hang the banner and the birth announcement high on a wall, out of reach of children and away from cribs and beds. Hang the mobile well out of the baby's reach, from a mount made for mobiles and fixed so it cannot fall into the crib, and take the whole mobile down when the baby is 5 months old or starts to push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first. Any cord or hanger you supply for the banner or the mobile must be short and never hang in a loop; the birth announcement needs no cord, so do not add one.

No small parts or ties: Do not add buttons, beads, plastic eyes, charms, bells, zips or ties to the pillow cover or the mobile. Stuff the mobile firmly and close every opening with a firm seam.

Yarn and care: Use soft, smooth, washable yarn that does not shed or fuzz, and wash a swatch first. Weave in every end and check inside the finished item for loose strands, which can wrap around a baby's fingers or toes. Wash inside out.
