Mark no-stitch areas

Mark spaces for necklines and armholes without adding stitches.

Mark the space

Choose No stitch and mark the area where stitches should be absent. Check the chart and print preview. Undo puts a mistaken mark back. Marking and printing these areas are free.

Read shaped rows

Written instructions need a paid plan. Shaped rows are supported for graphghan, tapestry and flat knitting; other crafts still need you to work from the chart. Rows tell you where to stop and turn without working the shaded area.

If rows are unavailable

Check the craft and work direction. Use the chart and skip the No stitch squares if that combination does not offer shaped rows.
